This is a compilation to behold.  It holds nothing back, and does not deny itself the pleasures of the flesh: horror, macabre, and the grotesque find their home here.  Each poem is somehow delicate and horrible, violent in that feminine kind of way.  Together, Cook and Hastian make for two incredible poets who know just what boundaries to push and who push those boundaries well.  Definitely a perfect collection for the October season.
