Gun to my head, I could not tell you want happened in this short story. By the time I got to the fourth one, I was ready for it to be over. But I do remember enjoying this one so there’s that.

I still don't really like Celaena all that much, but this was definitely one of my favourites out of all the short stories. I really enjoyed that it was set all in Rifthold, it was fun to find out more about what's going on there.

I'm really starting to love Sam though, and I hate that we know what's going to happen to him before it's even happened yet, because that just makes all the things he does even more sad
