Some of the stories I enjoyed, others kind of did not grab me. The ones I enjoyed would be a 5 star and the others would be a 1 star so I balanced it out to 3 stars.

Good stuff! Fills in things that were perhaps assumed or skipped elsewhere; tells us a bit more about characters we already know.
Most of all, it makes it clear that Salvatore has been writing this stuff so long that some of his characters are real to him.

It's been a long time since I last read R. A. Salvatore. I vaguely remembered his work as pedestrian but sometimes fun.

The stories in this book didn't live up to that memory. The prose was extremely purple. The dialog was stilted and very few characters had a recognizable manner of speech that set them apart from the rest. The plots were thin, and predictable.

I downloaded this Audible book for free, mostly for the novelty of the narration cast. Unfortunately, that was mostly a failure as well. The "star cast" were not very good at performing audiobooks. A few of the readers did a decent job, but were unable to save the stories themselves. Sean Astin, Al Yankovich and Tom Felton did decent jobs with what they were given.

It would have been better if I had read it and not listened, it would have been Much better if I had read this book after reading other D&D stories... so the characters would have been familiar. I won't be listening to it again.

Decent stories overall. But for a book called "The Legend of Drizzt" I would expect more than one of the stories to actually involve Drizzt as a character.

-Oh my gosh! I absolutely loved where this story went. I was absolutely pissed at the ending of Ghost King (at what happened), and this makes it known that Salvatore didn't just throw away important (from my view) characters, due to not liking where the Realms were pushed. I'm quite interested and excited to see where he takes Iruladoon!

To Legend He Goes 5/5 **

-Even though it seemed to start out a little on the far fetched side, I absolutely loved this story. I feel a little silly giving such a short piece 5 stars, but it is utterly perfect in it's resolution (temporary?) of the character of Wulfgar. It even had me a little teary towards the end. I really must reiterate, I can't wait to see where Salvatore goes with this!

Si no se conoce mucho el universo de Los Reinos Olvidados, como es mi caso, puede que no se disfrute por completo las historias. Al principio un poco lento, las ultimas tres historias son excelentes a mi gusto!
