Still continuing my own Magic Tree House journey. Determined to read all of the published book. I still love the first four and I still love these three. If you're someone who wants to go on a journey in the past and maybe the future I definitely recommend this series.

My second grader definitely enjoys reading these. We have been reading them together- taking turns in the pages - but he’s read to read the rest of these on his own.

So, my kindergarten-aged son loves these. Which is why I continue to read them, despite the lack of character growth and my inability to suspend reality (these kids are repeatedly in seriously dangerous situations but somehow manage to survive every time; apparently everyone around the world and in all time periods spoke English; and Jack and Annie are possibly the best secret keepers of all time - I know my son would be telling me all about that treehouse).
Will I keep reading the series? Yes, but only as long as my son wants to find out what Jack and Annie are up to.

I'm currently listening to this series (again) with my kids. They love the series and I realized I hadn't ever left reviews of them.
These ones are fun, as Jack and Annie go on a quest to save Morgana by collecting 4 "M things". My favorite part of the series is how well done both Jack and Annie's personalities show through, but I also really like how much they teach.
