Incredible! Delightful! A theater kid's DREAM! This was everything I could have hoped for. :)

Mama mia theme was interesting, but I got confused at some parts.

This book was so fun! I could definitely see the Mama Mia-ness, since Millie was searching for her mom(s) after finding out about them in her dad's old 'diary', or in this case his old angsty blog. I thought that Millie was a pretty decent character, even though she did get on my nerves occasionally. And Oliver was pretty cute! No complaints there.

Emma Lord's books are just rays of sunshine wrapped in rainbows.  And I love them.

But this one is my favourite by far.   If you are like me and slightly musical theater obsessed, PICK UP THIS BOOK!!!  I promise that you will thank me.

I was squealing at all of the niche references.  (Still obsessed that Sutton Foster was referenced.)

But besides me nerding out, the actual story itself was so sweet and heartwarming.  It almost brought me to tears a few times.  I loved seeing Millie's jorney and how she changes because of it.

In short, I will never stop singing Emma Lord's praises and I will also never stop recommending this book!!  I'm obsessed!!
