As Yet Unsent by Tamsyn Muir

Tamsyn Muir is a wonder at writing from different perspectives, and even this short story format is no different.

It draws on a character that had only a minor impact in the initial Gideon the Ninth book, and expands on her greatly. The perspective was a unique and interesting one, as well as a strange relationship with both deuteragonists in this story.

It explores more of the Second House's Necro/Cavalier relationship, Judith Duertos as a person, and the effect that the post-Canaan House events had on the survivors. I particularly enjoyed this short story and keenly look forward to more of Muir's shorter work.
