The romance scene had me kicking my feet’s giggling. I got butterflies and the tingling feeling when Alexis talked about Daniel. I think I was more obsessed with the dog, Hunter, more than anything. He reminded me of my own fur babies. When Daniel gave Hunter the pep talks, I couldn’t not stop laughing. If anything, read this book for the dog and a heartfelt MMC 💕

I've finally realized what makes a romance a good book for me.  It's when the book deals with issues outside the quest for the "right guy." This book does that by dealing with the protagonist's lifetime of emotional abuse, her recovery from it, and ultimately figuring out what she wants her life to look like.
Throw in a touch of magic and plenty of humor, and I'm a fan.  And I learned how a male should properly take a picture of a "special" area in a laugh-out-loud scene!

I loved this. Yes the story was a little out there in regards to it being realistic and it was very Hallmark but I really enjoyed it. There were some tough subjects talked about in here - abuse, etc - but it was done so tastefully. I loved the characters and love how well it included the side characters.

okay girlies, I get the Abby Jiminez hype!
Love that this was a cute little romance but it still explored some serious topics. The characters are great and they each have their own personalities and lives outside of the relationship. The small town community is so cute 😭
Can't wait to read Bri's story in Yours Truly, I loveeee her character.
