This book is my favorite in this whole series!
As expected with Lisa's writing, I did enjoy this book more than the 1st one, 5 star isn't just enough, it deserve more- this series deserve more love.
Her writing did improve so much and it just getting better and better and can I just say how lovely the writing her. She really knows how to play with the emotions of her readers and she knows she's good at it.
The characters were so much different from the previous books, not just both rich, handsome and pretty but also were open minded and very enlightening that made me love them so much as they did not just focus in their relationship mainly but also with the overall aspects as both male and female. I just loved Pandora to be honest and I relate to her dilemma regarding the rights as a woman, she's a feminist. And Gabriel was so understanding with Pandora's issues.
This book does not tackle just about love but also the issue regarding women in this period, specifically the rights of a woman before and after getting tied up that just makes it more interesting and an informative story.

i have mixed feelings about this one. gabriel was a tedious idiot but i loved pandora. annoying young woman who thinks she can't do anything right hit wayyy too close to home.
the beginning was strong and i liked their little courtship but i was kind of bored through the second half. also taking away a quarter star because in a book featuring a woman starting a board game company they never? played? a board game? we were robbed!!!!

i liked the first half, the second was so boring a barely finished the book. pandora was sometimes too much like a little kid, but i could get over it. this really couldve been like a hundred pages shorter, i get that some of it is groundwork for the next book, but that doesnt make me more interested, just worries it will be even more boring.
