My favorite chapter was Paddington’s adventure in the laundry. And thanks to these books, I’ve now got a craving for marmalade.

David and I listened to the audiobook, mostly on drives to and from the park.

This was a hilarious read. There were around 6 stores or episodes related to different adventures of paddington. I definitely laughed out loud.

I could visually imagine every scene based on what I was reading. I started reading this loud for my son but once he fell asleep i continued to read through this book. This being my first paddington book apart from the movie ... thoroughly enjoyed it.

It’s so comforting to read stories where even when Paddington’s attempts to do the right thing goes entirely wrong, things always end well. If only real life was the same.

Nothing like a little paddington to while away an hour or so. Gets up to his usual adventures with the Browns, Mr Gruber, Mrs Bird and Mr Curry and all the other characters he meets on the way. This time he has a picnic on the river, visits an auction, tries a bit of DIY, takes a trip to the cinema, does a spot of cooking while looking after a poorly Mr & Mrs Brown, visits the laundrette and meets a marmalade king while dining out at the Porchester for his birthday/anniversary.

A very nice continuation of the Paddington stories. I love that this collection is themed as Paddington tries to help the Brown family and all the mayhem that ensues from building a magazine rack to going to do laundry. Humorous stories that will make the reader fall in love with Paddington all over again.

The stories in this collection are just a fun and entertaining as the first two books in the series. I greatly enjoyed it.

Good old Paddington. How can you not love him and his antics? Great book to read aloud with an 8 year old (Samantha) who would, I'm sure, very much like to have a bear come live with us.
