I'm not really in the mood to write a thorough review. Maybe I'll add some, one day. Just some things I want to say. The book didn't really fit me, it's not something I would go into. At first it started out good and I was invested but later I felt that the same events kept repeating for the rest of the book, Twig met someone, they were either good or bad, he left them, end of story. But on the other hand, I think it's also a bit brutal for little children? Like that one death or certain behaviour, not sure. I liked the illustrations though.

A great fantasy series for young adults or imaginative adults. You'll like it if you liked Harry Potter, even though it's very different.

This was pretty good. The writing wasn't amazing but the storyline carried me away. I will read more of this series. I don't think young kids should read it, though - there are some very gross action scenes and also death issues.
