Of course, Freida has done it again! I actually think I preferred this over the original housemaid. Both of them five stars out of five! I read this quite quickly, and I couldn’t stop turning the pages!! Such a great story and plot line.

Not as good as the first in the series, but still pretty good. I felt that this one was a lot more predictable than The Housemaid.

You can rely on Freida McFadden for a fast paced, twist packed character driven thriller, and this book does not disappoint. Whilst overall the plot isn’t dissimilar to the first book there’s enough differences to make it worth reading both. You could read the books as stand alones but I enjoyed the continuation of characters between the two books. Well worth the read and only 3.75 and not 4.0 because the first was better.

This book was different from the first book but I at enjoyed it. The beginning was a bit repetitive but the end was definitely interesting.

i just didn't like how the structure mirrored the first book. i wish she would have made it more diverse!
