When I read the first book in this series, I ate it up and when I realized there was a second book coming from the series, I was excited but unsure how I would like it. I loved Crysantha, especially watching her come into her own and embrace all that she wanted and realize that it was okay to be who she wanted to be and not who someone else expected her to be.
While I feel like Eryx himself and his background could have been fleshed out a bit better, I did enjoy the relationship between Crysantha and him, even if it did seem to move a little quickly from enemies to lovers.
My favorite part of the book though was watching Alessandra and Crysantha's relationship grow and change. It was a far cry from their relationship in the previous book and I loved watching the two of them grow to accept and care for each other despite their past.

It wasn't a very well developed setting and a pretty confusing plot for the beginning of the book

Alright, I really liked this book. I think I like Chrysantha a tiny bit more than Alessandra, as I remember in my review on the first book, Alessandra was quite annoying to me but her sister was somehow fun from the very beginning, I donโt know why but she was more exciting ๐ญ๐
I loved the chemistry between the main characters a lot! The Hate Love Situation was very nice and very enjoyable to read.
