Besides volume #4, I loved all these so much they deserve 5 stars. I've read it more than once and I don't know if it was because I liked the plot or because I'm so in love with the artwork. This is truly a masterpiece! The way pages are drawn, the symmetries, the blood sprays, the shadows... absolutely stunning!

This was epic, and I can so see an ornery older Wolverine just not settling for what Doom has to offer in the form of the Battleworld. It was fun seeing him interact with the other heroes from the other worlds. Although I wish I knew what order that these should be read in...perhaps I should look up the original release date for each volume of Warzones!

I loved Mark Millar's [book:Wolverine: Old Man Logan|6238080] so much that I had to go on with this series :)
This one is not as good for me, especially because I fell into the comic books universe quite recently and I don't have a lot of background on Secret Wars and all the different Marvel universes.
I still really appreciated it and it sets quite a solid ground for the rest of the series. I'll definitely keep reading!

interesting to see him cross the different zones from other comics. no real explanation for why doom is in charge or how they finish it. great rampage art through the dead lands full of the venomized heroes. Also, as a DD fan, the disgust logan shows to the gangs use of his costumed was a fantastic way to start.

Warzone picks up action in Old Man Logan universe (which was a very good book). Of course, Wolverine is going to cause trouble for Doom and his whole Battleworld scheme. Even though it should be impossible, Logan manages to travel to different Warzones, slowly uncovering what's really going on. Looks like he may be very important in the future. However, more prelude than stand-alone story.

Typical strong writing from Bendis. Artwork is very pretty, but a little too "artistic"--I had trouble following the action in places.

Sort of a weird travelogue of the Battleworld created for the most recent Secret Wars Marvel event, and your travel guide is Old Man Logan, the even more grizzled and angry version of Wolverine. Because this happens outside of finalized Marvel continuity, there's all kind of fucked up perversions of the M.U. and multiple versions of some people. If you can roll over the strangeness, it's good. My lunchtime read from today.

This comic wasn't the best, but I like how Logan was handled. This is a perfect way to introduce him into the current All-New Marvel Universe and that's something to appreciate.

I'm not the lover of the genre (bloody and gory) but the art is just amazing and the story is pretty good as well. I would recommend this story if you like some violence in your stories with a well-written story surrounding that violence.

Marvel has gotten weird and there are all these random realities. I don't care about that stuff tell me a good story.
