📖 Bookish Thoughts

The premise sounded great, but the story just didn’t work for me. The pacing felt really slow, and I had a hard time staying interested. I was relieved to finish. 

The audiobook, though, was fantastic!  I do think readers who enjoy slower paced and very character focused books might like this more than I did. This just wasn’t a good fit for me.
