Bigger, better, more
The second Dearhart Clan book moves beyond just Owen and Kristen and introduces more characters, good and bad, and the complications that come with them. A more electric ride than The Call From Within, Double Call From Desire gives us a peek inside the inner workings of The Dept - the government agency that employs rogue werewolf Wash, who still wants to hurt Owen in unholy ways. We also meet Thomas and Julia and join them as they begin the bumpy road to imprinted life.
A step above the first Dearhart Clan book, Double Call is a must read for fans of supernatural action. Just keep in mind that Eric Nelson is the Unorthodoxed author -- not that that's a bad thing. Excellent continuation that leaves you yearning for more.
