Each of these stories are not for the faint of heart. I've really appreciate this series and that each story is only a few chapters long and gives you such insight and detail into what opposed to apocalyptic era would be. Each author stand out from each other with the ability to weave stories that engage and terrified. I really appreciate the opportunity to read this collection stories. It almost makes me feel like ready to take on anything. The heroines and heroes give you strength but at the same time also make you feel their weakness. Above all each story sometimes tells you that there is not always light at the end of a tunnel. These are not stories about zombies but a story of survival each one.
