An interesting story featuring the counselling sessions of Toady. Yet, it is difficult to agree completely with the idea that almost all of our current behaviors and thoughts are shaped and formed only during childhood.
Recommend to someone who enjoys reading something light and want to understand more about the dynamic of counselling.

I first came across transactional analysis when as part of a management course that I took. I found it absolutely fascinating, and an incident that occurred whilst I was taking the course cemented the importance of TA. Having tried to follow up on the all to brief session by reading TA Today, I can assure you that Counselling For Toads is a much better bet for someone looking to get a better understanding - and it is entertaining to boot!

Recommended by my counsellor at the end of a session of counselling, this was really interesting insight into the counselling process (apparently based on the transactional analysis method) while managing also to be a fun story building on The wind in the willows. Which as an avid reader since childhood I thoroughly enjoyed...and may have to reread!
