Better With You is hot, emotional and thought provoking. A truly sensational read for a new author to me.
This book was an emotional rollercoaster. As I sat down and buckled in the book immediately took me on a ride that was fantastic. I experienced passion and anger, plus I was right there for all the shock and hurt while dying for the second chance between these two lovers and melting for all the romance. The descriptions of the baked goods was mouth watering and then the tears....do you know how hard it is to read while crying? The last several chapters had me weeping over and over again. Every moment was perfect and it is easy to say that I will be reading Brit Benson again.
Bailey and Riggs come from two different worlds and yet they share one fierce passion, baking. They also have several similar interests, but it's baking that actually brings them together and also sort of pulls them apart.
Bailey doesn't trust easily and when Riggs breaks that trust he has a mountain to climb, but when Bailey lets down her fortress of a forcefield she realizes that her mountain might be a molehill and she might end up losing the best thing she's ever had.
This is the kind of story that will stick with you long after you've read it, but prepare with lots of tissues when you do.

Probably more like 3.5 stars round d up. I enjoy Benson’s writing, but this story didn’t get to me as much as some of her other books.

Such an amazing book and I was right about it getting me out of my reading slump. My heart hurt so much reading this but I’m so happy everything worked out

This was seriously an addicting story you won't want to put down. This was by a new arthur for me and I can say it's not going to be my last. Bailey and Riggs come from two different worlds and yet they share one fierce passion, baking. I love how drawn they are to each other, even when they may be enemies. The chemistry and steam between these 2 was hot af. This book was an emotional rollercoaster. If you're looking for a romance that will steal your heart not only with the characters, but with an amazing story then you need to read this one and bring the tissues and get ready for an emotional rollercoaster.

The rollercoaster this books puts you through. Pain, grief, love, anger, happiness, almost every emotion I went through from start to finish. I could not put this book day. I was so happy that Riggs was finally ok with being himself and Bailey there for him in his darkest moments and finally forgiving him for what he did to her. So happy they both got their HEA after the pain and grief they both experienced
