2.5 STARS ....
I am a fan of this series but this book was a disappointment. It started off great but became repetitive and boring. The MC's found themselves in a loop of cross-country traveling that consistently ended in the hero holding the heroine in his arms to keep her warm. And then out of no where they are professing their love for each other. Regrettably it just didn't work for me.
What did work is the adventure and world building which is why I issued my star rating.
This series is interconnected and I will be continuing onto book 5.
***********
Dual POV
Spicy but no overly descriptive
No cheating

I love how much he loves her
I love how much he loves her. Seriously, this is borderline enemies to lovers because they are species who are enemies. Even though these two are never mean to each other. In fact I love how patient and open they are in the beginning. Both a bit scared, but knowing they’re doing the right thing.
Watching these two fall in love was beautiful. The moments in the cave were frankly heartwarming.
I liked how this book used the Snow White storyline while still managing to be very unique. I love that about this series. I also love getting to see the stories intertwine.
I don’t like that this cover (on Amazon) looks like it belongs to a completely different series. Not sure why that is, but it’s not a good choice. It’s not a bad cover, it just doesn’t look like it fits. That said, the book definitely fits with the rest. It’s a series I highly recommend.
