excellent second book in the soul screamer series. Kaylee and Nash want to be together, but things keep getting in the way of that. A really good book for a great series.

Expands on the Netherworld, but didn't hold my attention like the first book did. I'll get to the 3rd book eventually but I've got a few others to read before it.

This installment in the Soul Screamers series was just as good as the first, just a bit spookier which is always good because I like a good scare. I also liked the little bit of extra smooching between Kaylee and Nash although it kept getting interrupted by Tod. It was quite easy to read, I finished it in two sittings, and I look forward to reading the next.

Selling your soul to the devil?!?!?!?! Gosh, this series surprised me once again. I really likes the plot line of this one, girls selling there souls to hellions in return for beauty and fame. Very very good. I really like kaylee and nash. they make a good team. even adding in weirdo Tod haha. I can't wait to read the next one.

Yet another great read from Rachel Vincent. I will admit I wasn't as into this one as I was with the first, but it was still great. Something about the whole storyline itself didn't totally grasp my attention, yet as I'm writing this I can't quite understand why. For once it was nice to see Tod's emotional side though. Seeing Tod truly care for someone made me like him even more. Then there is Nash and Kaylee. Damn, damn damn! The small, and I mean very little moments they even got to spend some kind of "private time" together was torture! Hot HOT. Love them. Kaylee is growing so much as well. Her smarts and wits are amazing and she seems to only get smarter and smarter the more things she learns. So all I can say is, moving on to the next! ;)

The cover:

As the previous book in the series, I love this one’s cover .

It’s the British cover version of the book and it’s my favorite one . Though one thing to keep in mind, it has everything to do with the story and I mean the girl’s eyes’ color, not the color itself .

The story and the characters:

I’m a huge fan of Rachel’s style of writing XD. It’s like you’re in the character’s mind! Which is usually, as far as I know, is not a common things among books. I loved everything about it, from the settings to the characters to the secondary ones to the fiends (loool ) to Avari…

It was twisted and weird and funny and romantic (a lot, but not enough for me to leave the book) and I couldn’t put it down once I really got into what was going on.

What I love about these books is that they’re connected, in each sequel you read what happened in the previous book and how it’s affecting the current story. Very interesting!!!

The ending was sad but good in the same way . I’m proud of how strong the characters are especially Kaylee.

The conclusion:

I know this review is somehow short but when I love a book and don’t have anything bad to say about it, I write only what’s important and what I liked . The rest comes to your own personal taste.

It’s a must read!!

That was goood. I'm still not a big fan of the romance but I like Kaylee better here and everything else was really enjoyable. The ending is also a bit heartbreaking and oh boy! I'm just really excited to read the third one right now!

My Soul To Save is the second book in the Soul Screamers series by author Rachel Vincent. After I finished reading the first book in the series, I had to have more of Kaylee and Nash. Who would have thought that Banshee's could be so exciting and fun to read about?

In this book, it starts out with Nash and Kaylee attending a concert. The headlining act is popular pop star Eden who happens to drop dead in the middle of the concert. Only there is one problem about her falling dead in the middle of the concert--Kaylee didn't have the urge to scream for her Soul Song. They quickly figure out that Eden had sold her soul to a hellion. When Tod, who happens to be Nash's reaper brother, asks for them to check on his ex-girlfriend Addison, things get even worse. Addison, who is a pop star as well, has sold her soul to a hellion as well. Together, they must figure out who is taking the souls and figure out a way to save Addison and her sister Regan before it is too late.

I almost feel bad for Nash and Kaylee. They never get a break from their bean sidhe heritage long enough to enjoy a relationship. Notice I said that I almost feel bad. If Kaylee wasn't such a good girl most of the time, she could be like Nash and remember that a lot of the trouble she goes looking for is not her business. Yet as the story unfolded, I realized Kaylee is who she is and it defines her as a person. It makes her character strong and I wouldn't want the author to change her for anything. I was annoyed at the fact that her Father decided to start acting like a Father after being gone for 13 years. If I were Kaylee, I would have told him to back off a bit and give her some room to breathe.

I also loved Emma's reaction to all of the supernatural business. Don't ask and don't tell should be her motto. Yet when Tod revealed himself to her, I couldn't stop laughing. I absolutely love Tod and his witty mouth! Even though I didn't like how he kept things from Kaylee, I know he was doing it out of love. He is such a joy whenever he shows up in the story.

Overall I can honestly say I enjoyed this book. Even though I didn't enjoy it as much as the first book, I still had fun reading it and following the action packed journey that Kaylee had to go on this time around. I can't wait to read the next book and see what the author can throw at Kaylee next time!

I am honestly so disappointed in this book as a sequel. It is ruined by the sex crazed Nash and Kaylee, who are literally plotting to cross into the Nether and possibly face imminent death for a dead guy's ex girlfriend who sold her soul, and all they do is make out every second they get to be alone.

Nash was needy in the first book and the second is just... Ugh. It's like the author recreated him altogether. I am not happy.

Tod is great as always. My favorite lines consist of "damnit Tod!".

I don't know... I honestly just can't get past the fact that half of the scenes were ruined by Nash and Kaylee's hormones.

This definitely did not live up to the rep of its predecessor.
