This is the third of these anthologies I've read, and I'm really enjoying reading the different authors 'takes' on the theme. out of the three, this is by far the darkest, so readers looking for 'sweet' paranormal should look elsewhere. I happen to like dark.
Blood and Chaos is a complex tale of gods using those on Earth in an immortal 'game' with humans and non-immortal supernaturals being the playing pieces. A sexy, suspenseful, and in places violent tale that I'd like to see expanded into a full novel. m/f
Leanan Sidhe and the Wordsmith is a poetic, almost literary work of lust and possession. Very different for the norm for paranormal erotic, but its intriguing.
Once Bitten is a tale of capture and abuse in the dark world of werewolves. m/f Can the good wolf protect the damsel in distress from his superior?
Panic room was probably my favourite in the collection, I'm a sucker for menage. m/m/f.
