Two mommies spend a sunny day with their toddler in this cozy, rhyming picture book that is a loving celebration of family. It's watercolour illustrations with one lyrical sentence per page.
It's just a normal day in the life of a family of two parents with their young child. This book is impactful by showing that a queer family is no different than any other cishet one. In the end, it's all about love.

Three or four stars?? Ahh...yeah, the text didn't really cut it for me but I do like the illustrations and atmosphere of the story.

A picture book about a loving family that just happens to be a same-sex couple. The author and illustrator don't draw attention to it. It just is. And that is beautiful.

Beautiful, even though I stumbled through the rhyming many times.

I thought the rhymes were a bit clunky, but this is a super cute picture book.
