I love Keenan's artwork and the coloring is equally great to look at but I feel like the story is meh.
Daphne is my problem. I like the little I've read of the ghosts inhabiting the Manor and I'm intrigued more but then then the MC.

Maybe there's more to Daphne that will come out in the other issues but so far it's still too early to tell.
