The best in the series so far!
Dracchus has intrigued me since he first appeared on the page in book one. His HEA did not disappoint. The conflict among Kraken and humans come to a head. The pacing in this book is much better than the last 3. The spice. . . Leaves a little to be desired. I have to admit, I did like Larkin as a character but I wasn’t completely sold on her as Dracchus mate. But both characters were way more fleshed out that any others so far. I am excited to read Kronos HEA next. This series has me hooked.

Dracchus FINALLY gets a girl

In all seriousness, he was only delayed one book beyond what I expected, and that book was necessary for this story to work. I liked the dichotomy of fierce and tender hearted for Elle. So often FMCs are written as one or the other when in truth they aren’t mutually exclusive.
The main plot progressed appropriately and paid homage to there always being people who cannot change their mind.

I think this is my favourite so far. I loved Larkin and Dracchus so much! and I'm really enjoying this setting and how it's developing.
