Slow start, loved the middle in Johans country. Really enjoyed the characters and their personal struggles and how that connected to them as a couple. Didn’t like
Lukas getting a pass for hacking information and leaking personal details to the press

Honestly, this is the weakest book in the series but it's easily the most fun one. A Prince on Paper is like if Alyssa Cole wrote fanfiction for her own work and then played into every stupid, cheesy cliche that makes me love fanfiction so much.

I genuinely love this series so much and can't wait to reread all of them again.

This was probably my favourite in the series! I loved both of our main characters and thought both of them were very written and fleshed out. I also liked the way the political commentary was weaved in throughout.

The plot point of Nya being suspected of trying to overthrow the monarchy because of a phone game was absolute gold, I only wish this plot point had been dragged out more. There felt like so much lead up to the point where they think she's some sort of spy but then its quashed in 30 seconds. I would have liked it to be drawn out and more dramatic so we could then get a hilarious reveal of it just being a video game.

However, the truly amazing part of this book was the sibling of our love interest and their journey with gender identity. Having a non-binary heir to the throne was such a wonderful plot point and was dealt with in such a fantastic way. I would ADORE for a book following a 25-year-old non-binary royal and a possible love story.
