To be fair, gave it a very quick read/skim. Good practical content for determining the difference between your why, how, and what—and why it matters. Didn’t provide any unique insight or groundbreaking inspiration to me, perhaps thanks to the fact I’ve been blessed to be in mission-oriented organizations for a long time.

First, this is a workbook, not a book, and it's not written by Simon Sinek. My fault, I should have reviewed the book before purchasing but this was definitely not what I was expecting. There's a few good ideas here and there but in my opinion they far over-complicate the process and my prediction is very few who read this workbook actually implement the process.
In short, Your Why is your predominate driving passion for living or going into business, clearly defined and communicated — first to yourself, then to relevant others. If like so many whose business is simply doing what they know, or it was just an easy gig to get into, finding Your Why should probably lead to a change of business. While important, money alone is a very poor why.
