Eh......selfish teacher abandons students (or does she?) and the students process the aftermath. Nothing about this was that great or that terrible. I’m hitting a book slump :(

I have no idea what to rate this so I'm going to leave it blank for now

This is a difficult book to classify. It's not exactly a horror story nor a mystery, despite being horrific and mysterious in many places. It is a book that stays with the reader long after it is read.
Deliberately short, beautifully written, and wonderfully voiced through a classroom of young girls, this is a book whose story feels real.

After about a week of mulling it over, I still can't decide what to rate this one. I guess I should reread it!

I thought the book was well written, but I didn't care for the story or the characters.
