This book was a lot longer then it really needed to be, and a lot of it was just the authors observations on things.
While I liked a lot of it, a lot of it was also very dry and I had a hard time reading this quickly. It also mentions that being fat kills you about 100 times, and while every plus sized person knows those numbers and figures, we don't need "you're going to die from poor choices" every chapter. If you are insecure about your health and/or weight, especially coming out of lockdown from COVID, I'd maybe skip this for now.
If you are interested in science and health, you would probably really enjoy this book.
