Definitely a lot of fun! I've watched some of the 90s anime but I think the manga has better pacing so far; things are happening more swiftly but there's still enough mystery as well.
Sailor Moon is a classic for a reason. It may not have started all of the shoujo tropes in it but it definitely popularized a lot of them. Whether you enjoy the series or not will have a lot to do with whether or not you enjoy those methods of storytelling. Personally, I think it lends itself well to the series.
As for this particular edition, it's beautiful! I really wish more manga would have editions like this. It's such good quality and preserves the art so much better. I definitely recommend this version to current fans and anyone who's wanting to try the series out for the first time. ^^

I'm ridiculously glad that Tuxedo Mask and Sailor Moon realized each other's identities in this volume. I also thought it was interesting that the scouts don't crush on him the way they kind of do in the anime; they like the arcade guy and, I mean, I get that.Sailor Moon is a classic for a reason. Love love love! Magical girls series, Sailor Moon is such a classic and it truly deserves that title as it’s an amazing work.

I read this for nostalgia, but it is still hands down one of my favorite manga and what got me into anime to begin with. Naoko Takeuchi did a wonderful job when creating this manga that not only had flawed characters but also a wonderful storyline that is easy to follow for all ages.
This was returning to the story that I love and it made me so happy to experience the Sailors coming together and forming their wholesome kickass team once again. I adore all of those characters and the art is to die for.
