What can I say? It has to be read to be believed. A must read for pretty much everyone. And in a classic Sanderlanche, half of this book occurs in the final 10%.

The story on this felt both fast and slow. Nothing happened, but yet everything happened. The Stormlight books feel almost formulaic in nature now. Consequences have gone out the window for the key characters. And the deus-ex machina has struck again. But nonetheless I enjoyed the book. Character struggles were palpable and real. The world is still vibrant and intriguing, and I'm interested to see where the story goes

To air off my thoughts on specific events:
The trial in Lasting integrity felt so drawn out. Not to mention the 'Mole' situation with Shallan and the ghost bloods being so anti-climatic. I'd have preferred the Pattern lie to have stuck.

Kaladin's depression felt real and honest, and for that I'm grateful. But by god the ways he gets saved miraculously can be tiresome. Ie the jumping to save Lirin, the convenient Kal sized hole underneath the fountain.

I loved Navani's arc in this book with her grappling with her own self. But the sibling back and forth felt odd.

Dalinar I swear was non existent in this book, his arc has kinda halted to 'I need to train with 'bondsmithing' and nothing more

and finally the pace of this book. The way the book is paced is something I find a tad annoying too.  It's as if the whole book is building to book five. All that precedes it is nothing but a builder to that single book. Squashing all the build up to that last part.
