A good, solid, interesting holiday children’s book. Appreciated the peek into a Latino families’ holiday traditions and liberal dose of Spanish vocabulary words that make it easily digestible for even my toddler. Lost a teeny bit with me when dad is a semi truck driver who lives in NYC and somehow parks his semi there. Also dislike how the family spares one bird only to eat another, but really a very sweet and almost melancholy thanksgiving tale.
