A very concise, down-to-earth material for putting Agile processes, roles (and the like) into practice. A tad dry at times, but clear and useful. I hope the document will shrink rather than expand.

Useful base text if you're working with or start out with the scrum framework. Incredibly dense, though - so needs to be studied a.o.t. just read.

In a way, it seems odd to rate this one. It IS Scrum. If you see the value in the system, this should be on your reading list, or at the very least your reference pile.

Yes, it's a dense read (especially if you were completely new to the concepts), and yes, you'll need other sources for the tips and tricks to apply it in different situations. But there's also a certain elegance in summing up all the principles of practicing Scrum in less than 15 pages.

Worthwhile to review the original manifest every few years. Its commendably short

Succint, to the point and outlines the key parts of the framework. But the devil is in the details so I suspect many other techniques will still have to be practiced to make it work.
