The writing is good, but characters are poorly fleshed out and don’t make a lot of sense. Part of me just wants to say this needs another edit or two, but the whole premise is so uncomfortable. I read this out curiosity because I knew the premise was so odd and uncomfortable - but I figured it would be one of those books where you ended up defending them by the end because of the way it happened. But no, i’m just uncomfortable.
