Dang, that was good! Nonstop action, appealing hero and heroine who are both tough as nails, fascinating details on how to decapitate someone or perform self-surgery on an eye, inside information on heists, all set in the fascinating city of Macau. Throughout the book I kept thinking "Geez, that was interesting. I had no idea!" If you haven't read GHOSTMAN, by all means get it ASAP so you can read this when it's released this summer.

2.5 stars.
adventurous fast-paced

Very exciting... a bit choppy, but interesting!

Such a fun ride. Listen!

My first Roger Hobbs book. Fast-paced. Gem smuggling our of Myanmar. counterfeit money, professional big-scale thieves. It was interesting to learn new terms and see hi tech gear in use. Hard to relate to 2 talented crooks who live for adrenalin rush and playing deadly games.

Jake Weber's narration makes this a pleasure.

A worthy successor to the author's first book, Ghostman, although not quite as good. The fun in these books is seeing the world through a criminal's eyes and learning his tradecraft, much like a good spy story. That part was not as original and a little repetitive. But the story is still gripping.

Not as good as Ghostman, but thrilling all the same. Can't wait for more!
