Jessica Day George is one of my favorites authors and I look forward to every one of her books. As soon as I finished this one I wanted to know: when is the next one coming out?

I have never read The Twelve Dancing Princesses but that didn't stop me from loving this book!

This is a retelling of the twelve dancing princesses. The characters were undevelopped. Yet it was a sweet story which I liked. I don't think I'll continue the series.

This book is seriously one of the best I've read in a while. It's one of the best fairytale retelling. I loved all the characters and had a difficult time putting it down. I just loved everything about it. I recommend it to everyone.

Once again Jessica Day George creates a tale from an old one that is delightful, well-written and fun to read. Not difficult at all, read in a couple hours, but much fun.

I loved this book, It was exactly what I was looking for. It had all the elements need to make a fantastic fairy-tale retelling, I couldn't have been more pleased. I don't think there was anything I didn't dislike about this book, amazing. I will defiantly be continuing on.

I've read this book twice now and it is still magical. Sure you kind of wonder how Galen knows so much stuff and you almost wish for him to screw up just once. Almost. He is extremely good at solving puzzles and using his resources and he ends up saving the princesses (not really a spoiler). This book is a really good fractured fairy tale of the twelve dancing princesses. The best version I have read.
