Whew! I read this with my children over 3 months. I LOVE Beatrix Potter’s artwork so I especially enjoyed seeing it all with the stories. There are definitely a few of these we will read over and over. Our favorites:

A delightful read. The pictures are so charming and the stories are fun for kids and adults alike. The characters are endearing and it was fun to see the same ones appear in different stories.

We just finished reading this collection together in morning time, and my girls and I were equally delighted by the stories and by the illustrations. We loved the language, the characters, and the rhymes, and I know it’s a collection we will return to again and again!

Read this with my children, 3 and 5. We took a story a day. Some of the stories are quite long and had to be split in a couple of days. But mostly it was completely enjoyable.
