Gorgeous spreads, the art work is atmospheric, eerie, trippy. The artist did an amazing job at creating art work that immerses the reader into the tone of the story. There are themes of loneliness in this, being haunted by your past, survival in the midwest as a Black person , and the undenying desire for vengeance. I absolutely love the intimacy brewing between Marta and Edgar from the very first moment they met. I look forward to continuing with this series. I am mesmerized
