This book was a ton of fun. It is a short caper novel Follett wrote in 1976.

All of Ken Follett's strengths shine through in this early novel. His characters are amazing and the story has fantastic pacing.

I recommend it anyone that wants a fun little romp though Europe and the fine art world of the mid-70s

This is a pretty simple beach read. nothing special, but fun. It is also pretty different from the typical Follett story, in that the mystery was simple and not really integral to the story, rather it was the plot device to tel the stories.

Dos primeiros livros do autor, sem dúvida uma óptima história. Suspense até à última página.
