I always find it incredibly hard to review novella length books. It's almost impossible not to mention any spoilers, but I will try!! Acidalia is very short at only around 8 or 9 pages long. But let me tell you Khelsey Jackson sure manages to pack a lot of awesome into so few pages!!
Let me start by saying how much I love the cover!! It is gorgeous in it's simplicity. Having already read the unedited version of the next book in this series Kallos, before it was picked up for publication I was incredibly excited to see what insights Acidalia would give me.
I love both Sean and Ian and I really don't think I could choose a favourite between the two. They both have an incredible capacity to love which was clearly visible in their care and concern for Dalia.
Despite what a quick read this is the author manages to build the story at a perfect pace right through to the very end!! And now I can look ahead to finally having the edited version of Kallos in my hands to read in 2013. Well done Khelsey!! A great read!!
A Solid 4 Stars!!
