The first day of school is scary. Sometimes you don’t want to get out of bed. Or you want to put it off till tomorrow when you can find your socks. But Splat will learn that school is way more fun than it sounds. A nice adventure for cat loving kids.

At his first day of cat school, Splat’s it is taught that cats are great, drink milk, and chase mice. The class erupts when Splat’s pet mouse escapes, but the mouse becomes the hero in the end because he helps them with their milk problem. I listened to this on Playaway and it is very kinetic listening experience due to the snazzy music, use of sound effects, and the narrator’s overall enthusiasm. Although this is a very fun listening experience, I would suggest that it would be beneficial for children to be able to read along with physical copy to get the full effect.
