I bought this book while we were living in Japan. It's a very simple read, and while some of the stories are laugh-out-loud, re-read-it-to-the-family-kind of funny, many are just page fillers. I also was expecting something more family-oriented, but there were a few stories that referred to body parts that are not suitable for you to share with your children.

I wish Good Reads would allow half stars. I really do. Then I'd have given it 2 1/2, but it's definitely closer to 2 than to 3.
