The only thing I respected about this book was Paedyn having two princes so incredibly down bad for her

3.5 estrellas.

I literally don’t know if I should give this 5 stars or 3 cause I loved so much of it but am so irritated at the same time!?!? I’m settling on a 3.75 star for now cause I need to process lolol.

This high stakes enemies to lovers was such a great read! I am reeling at the ending of the book and Kai is chef's kiss! The banter is so good and I don't know how I am waiting till May 2024 for the next one...or that Lauren Roberts wrote this when she was 19. The world and the elite powers were so beautifully described and I loved our FMC Paedyn for being just a badass!

This was such a slow start, but I didn’t hate it. The story and time reminds me of Hunger Games. I really liked the romance dynamic and the story (once it picked up). Fantasy books are hit or miss for me, this one wasn’t too bad!

This book was everything I want in a book and more! I adored the characters. I loved the magic element to this story. ✨✨

It was giving hunger games in the best possible way.
This book got me out of my reading slump & I have already ordered the next book!
