I thought I was going to get extremely addicted to this book but that didn't happen. It took me even longer than I expected, I guess I was expecting more.

Still, I LOVE the characters and I find the idea of how magic works really interesting and I loved learning how it works.
But I think I missed more action and that spark that motivates you to keep reading. Maybe I found it too introductory? I'm not sure.

However, I strongly believe the following books will be better!

I found the world building very creative and the storyline suspenseful. I liked this concept of the parallel Londons and would have enjoyed more comparisons or parallels between the worlds (further developing the setting, not just for the plot development)
