So many feels in this book. Reading this was so painful, I'm hurting for Jem, longing for his parabatai, Jace for being so cute and adorable. But mostly for Jem.

Well, I am definitely going to wait to read the rest of these stories until the bind-up releases. I find it takes me more than the length of a short story to fall into CC's writing style, and this story in particular felt extremely disjointed -- neither writing or plot were smooth or clear. I enjoyed this story only because I already care about the characters, but I cannot in all honesty say that this story itself was good. In the context of the final bind-up, I expect I will enjoy it more, as I enjoyed The Bane Chronicles and Tales.

my HEART i loved this sm. Jem is such a babe and i love him. Seeing Alec, Izzy & Jace when they were younger was GREAT. also Raphe and his friend were amazing i CRIED she was so funny. love these so muuuuch π
