Come on Ben…you can do better than this. What a let down for the opening trilogy’s conclusion. Bummer actually. This one’s kind of a stinker in disguise.

This wasn't a great book. It was good enough but the characters we had grown to love were not presented well.

Horus no longer seems the smartest in the room.
Abbadon cares little beyond his dad complex
Tarik is just a yes man for loken.

I do like what was done with Saul and Lucius. I think that that part of the story was really well written.
