A cute little book which acts as a love letter to literature. Definitely suited to people who are already voracious readers (and being a fan of the royals doesn't hurt either).

Rainy day? Cup of tea, a few bickies and this short book. Another piece of Bennett magic.

A book of two halves for me - really delighted with the first part, the second half coming across as somewhat too laborious to deliver its punchline - which is hard to believe for any of her subjects ;-) Funny yes, but too fond of stereotypes for my taste.

My version - BBC edition audiobook read by the author
