3.5 stars really.

I enjoyed how explorative the “short” short stories are. Most of them held a humour that cloaked more painful topics. Ujayli is evidently an experimental author and also props to the translator, Hussain, for bringing that to life

I really liked this book, and found several of the very-short stories (microstories? flash fiction?) to be sharp little pieces of prose that hit hard.
