The art is unique the characters are drawn short for some reason.
This issue our protagonist starts his job with the FDA, and learns about his gift, and that there are 3 known people like him in the world, it also seems that the third will eventually be introduced in the series.
Trying to solve a crime they run into the yakuza, and Chu's boss shows his bad ass skills! and takes them all down.
