A short, quick read of never before published scenes from Jane Austen novels (aka The Lost Sex Scenes of Jane Austen). I don’t really agree with the title so much because while some snippets are racy, others are pretty docile. But if the author is telling the truth that these are in fact unpublished pieces but Austen that were found and later revealed, I’m sure at that time these would be considered the “Fifty Shades” of that time period. It was interesting to read but not one of my favorites.

Basically some fans of Jane Austen wrote some sexed up Fan fiction and it got published. It was ok - but it really didn't turn my crank all that much honestly.

The WORST BOOK EVER! Now that is a category! It was such a waste of paper and library funds in the purchase of this book. It is defintely NOT for Jane Austen fans! More like those who are SICK in the HEAD! If I could rate books in the negative then this book would have been rated as such!

This is ridiculous... I didn't hate it though! Read the whole thing in one evening with a glass of wine. I'd call that a good night in!

This was just a bizarre book. I have read some JA fan fiction on the smutty side, but this was too much. I know the intent was to be that way, but this Austen gone wild missed the mark.
