It wasnt nearly as good as the first book in the series only because of the constant merry go round that never ended. Then the merry go round never altered in any way, it was always exactly the same, started the same, ended the same, everything in between the same. It got to the point that I had to just skip chapters and go to the end, see what happens so i can continue onto the 3rd book when its released.

Dont get me wrong I dont mind merry go rounds but after the fourth go around Im pretty much at a "Seriously?"

I'm going to be in tears when the next book comes out because that will be the last book.  All things must come to an end though.  I will say this; I will be re-reading this books over and over again whenever I want my fix of Luca.  Yes, I'm rooting for Lucien.  I love the dangerous, dark men who need to be tamed.
If you haven't even thought about reading the Blood Moon Rising Trilogy, what are you waiting for now?
The countdown starts now for "Blood Vow."  Hurry up, December and get here.

UGH! This book actually turned me off from the series. I do plan to read the next book, but at another time. In this, the second book in the series, Falon gets forced into being Luciens chosen one. I am not saying that Lucien doesn't reveal himself to be a good guy-generally, but Falon was with Rafe first, and she is miserable throughout most of the book and ends up wanting both guys in the long run. I have never felt more annoyed by any book before this one. It reminded me of when I read the second twilight novel- Edward being away while Bella fell for Jacob. I didn't like that book much either. Overall I am hoping that in book 3 the trio will finally settle their issues and become one.
